About ILT

Innovative Legal Technologies was founded in 2003 as a legal software training and consulting company. Over the last several years, we have built strong working relationships with many firms and have become a trusted source for litigation technology in the St. Louis and Metro East legal community.

2008 brought about some changes to Innovative Legal Technologies. ILT’s founding member Lori Bregenzer, welcomed two new business partners to the company – Terry Williams and Todd Ryder. Together they formed Innovative Legal Technologies, LLC. With the addition of this new talent to the business, we’ve been able to expand our services and have become one of the premier full-service litigation technology providers in the area.
